Chun Li's other outfit:At the player select screen
hold select then put the cursor on Chun Li for 5 seconds then press
any button. You will play as what she looked like in super street fighter 2

Play as Tough Akuma Start a game in Arcade mode then at the
fighter select screen put the cursor on Akuma and hold select then
move the cursor over Adon, Chun Li, Guy, Rolento, Sakura, Rose, Birdie
Akuma, Bison, Dan, and stop on Akuma. Press any button.
